  I order new rims from them for my winter tires. Service was quick and friendly. Place seems to go in great bursts of busy and not.But staff handled everything with a calm outlook.

  Phoned and made an appointment from out of town to get my tires mounted onto the truck. I Travelled to terrace to arrive at fountain tire to be told that there are no reservations, that I didn't speak to them and that they have no time for me. I held my phone and called the only number that had been dialed that day and their phone rang. They still insisted that I hadn't spoken to them. During the initial appointment making, the lady at fountain tire quoted my truck on file and assured me that if we needed new lug nuts it wouldn't be a problem because napa is rite next door.

  Showed up to pick up the truck and one of my new tires was totally flat because the tech used a wrong valve cap. After they fixed that I drove the truck to find that it had a death wobble. Took it back to get re balanced and it still has a major wobble. Trucks going to kal tire or Kalum tire from now on.
