  When customers leave a Public Laundromat for any amount of time they should let the working staff know that they have clothes in washers or dryers. That is one reason why they have attendants. Clothes sitting idol in machine and no one home. When the facility is very busy then it is a must to inform staff . When the sign says Do not leave your clothes unattended. It means just that. We all have trust in each other but accidents do happen for many reasons. The staff here are attentive and help full and the service is excellent . When problems occur an informative explanation will always help to resolve the chain of events.

  Super clean and comfy laundromat. They have free wifi, lots of plants and a good supply of machines. Always seems to be washers available when I go and the staff are very friendly if you need any help.

  I love how this laundromat has many plants, an attendant even let me take home a couple clippings off the spider plant.

  They have a great range in sizes of washing machines, the floors and machines are very clean. They sell boxes of detergent & fabric softener, as well as plastic bags if you ask the attendant.

  One of the STAFF members removed our clothes from the dryer we were using and mixed it amongst large garbage bags full of clothes. We had to sort throughout hundreds of articles of clothing in an attempt to find what was ours. We reclaimed about 60% of what we own, but had to leave as we are in town for work and I had to do just that. The amount of clothes we were unable to retrieve is worth well over $300 as we had quite a number of name brand workout gear that we no longer have, under armour, lulu lemon, etc. When asking the staff member who removed our clothes and mixed them in with hundreds of others to call the manager, she did call the owner and apparently the fault was ours for not telling every staff member there which dryer we were using. I am posting this as we must not have been the first and I'm sure we will not be the last, so for anyone else this happens to, there is a proper chain to seek ramifications for your loss of property regardless what the staff or owner here say and I will be using just that.

  They also have shower rental 5$ for 15 minutes , there's also a plug in for hair dryer or electric shaver! In the shower room. They also rent out towels & have soap for sale.
